The perfect gift for anyone is a made-to-order Gift Basket.   You pick the beer, the wine, the food, the goodies.  We make a basket for you.  It’s that easy! 

Here are a couple of ideas:

 Wine Basket - specialty crackers, Chorizo Salt, olives, peppers, A Perfect Pear marinade and dried mushrooms. 

Add a little round of Cravanzina cheese from the Italian Piedmonts for a fabulous extra touch.  This cheese is creamy and buttery…a favorite among Caboose regulars!

  Beer Basket – with spicy Tabasco products, including Spicy Ketchup and Chili Starter. 

Throw in Harvest Roast pumpkin seeds, beer mugs, and a spicy beef & burger rub, and you have a recipe for ”yum.”

Handmade Gifts

We have great gifts, many of which are from local artists and craftsmen. 

Tom Lowe has been a woodcarver for more than 20 years.  Tom spent many years on Martha’s Vineyard, and now he calls Virginia home.  Check out his morters & pestles, carved bowls, cheese spreaders and salt cellars.

Kathrine Thomson is another local artist.  Come in and see Kathrine’s ceramic bowls, goblets and wine holders.  Her pottery is affordable, functional and beautiful.

James Clifton is an Ashland artist who has a variety of pen & ink and mixed media prints of local scenes available at the Caboose.  He currently has an original oil painting on display for purchase.
